These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xx66 platform, including the website located at xx66.bio, all associated sub-pages, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
3.2 Legal Eligibility. You represent and warrant that your use of the xx66 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 3.3 One Account Per Player. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) xx66 Account. The creation of duplicate, linked, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Account Verification. xx66 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx66 account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
4.2 xx66 will never contact you to request your password, OTP codes, or full payment details via chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from xx66 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify xx66 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.4 xx66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account credentials by a third party, whether or not such use was authorised by you, where xx66 has acted in good faith in reliance on instructions received through the authenticated login session.
5.1 Supported Methods. xx66 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Available methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. xx66 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. xx66 reserves the right to suspend accounts and reverse transactions where deposits originate from accounts not belonging to the registered player.
5.5 No Money Laundering. The xx66 Platform must not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. xx66 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
6.1 Accepted Wagers. All bets and wagers placed on xx66 are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred and is confirmed by xx66.
6.2 Void Bets. xx66 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, or the exploitation of a technical vulnerability.
6.3 Maximum Winnings. xx66 may impose maximum payout limits per single bet, per day, per week, or per event. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market where applicable.
6.4 Game Disconnection. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game session, the rules of the relevant game provider shall apply. xx66 is not liable for losses arising from internet connection failures outside of our control.

7.3 xx66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and completed valid wagering will have their accrued rights honoured.
7.4 Abuse of promotions, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, reversal of any associated winnings, and permanent account suspension.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xx66's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
xx66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently modified. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-app notification where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. 13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
